Today JHCTECH and Cambricon Technologies jointly launched a new product - the world's first wide-temperature MLU220-MXM smart computing card.
MLU220-MXM is a high computing power AI acceleration module jointly launched by JHCTECH and Cambricon Technologies.
It is equipped with Cambrian MLU220 deep learning SOC chip, ARM A55 X4 +NPU architecture, 8GB LPDDR4x memory, 128M nor flash, built-in NPU computing power can reach 16TOPS (INT8), super encoding and decoding capabilities and picture decoding capabilities.
With MXM3.1 interface, which is convenient for various types of host expansion, DC IN 12V, power 16.5W, passive heat dissipation design, small size, high Performance and industrial-grade design, MLU220-MXM is able to operate under the harsh outdoor environments, and is widely used in C-V2X roadside edge computing, machine vision, artificial intelligence, auxiliary diagnosis and treatment, etc.
MLU220-MXM product features and applications
MLU-220-MXM equipped with Cambrian MLU220 deep learning SOC chip and support wide-temperature from -40C to +85C . This 16TOPS (INT8) high computing power AI acceleration module computing card is also optimized for various systems and applications. It is widely used in different applications like C-V2X, smart manufacturing, auxiliary diagnosis and treatment, smart retail, machine vision and AI applications such as machine learning and natural language processing (NLP).
