"Focus·Go Far"----The 2nd JHCTECH Global Partner Conference (China) was grandly held

On January 13, 2024, JHCTECH successfully held the second Global Partner Conference (China) in Shenzhen, attracting more than a hundred partners from different regions across the country. The theme of this conference was "Focus and Go Far," aiming to share the latest industry dynamics, market trends, and product planning, and to collectively explore the development of enterprises in the current business environment. The conference focused on creating user value, empowering employees, customers, and partners to closely approach the end consumer, and achieving mutual development.

Before the start of the conference, JHC creatively designed a unique sign-in ceremony for the attendees. Each check-in ball gathered together to the three characters 'JHC,' symbolizing the convergence of the strength of the partners and JHC. The collective power gathered together to move forward steadily and explore the future together.

As a globally developing enterprise, JHCTECH has many colleagues and partners from different countries. Although they were unable to attend the event in person, they carefully recorded a video to bring beautiful blessings.

Focus on user value creation and jointly create future development

At the beginning of the meeting, Andy Zhang, the founder of JHCTECH, expressed his sincere welcome to all partners, and then gave a keynote report entitled "Focus, Go Far". Andy started with the 2023 theme "Empowerment and Symbiosis" and shared significant milestones from JHCTECH in 2023. In 2023, we emphasized that the present is not the future, but now, we should return to the present and emphasize that the present is indeed the future. Respond to the current environment with focused strategic thinking and concentrate on achieving user value creation. Only through focus and concentration can we go far.

Subsequently, Andy discussed how to create user value from two aspects: business willpower: determination, and organizational growth: resilience. Empower employees, customers, and partners to be infinitely close to end consumers, creating new experiences and new values for users. In the past, our reliance on core competitiveness to build reliable barriers for ourselves is gone forever. Instead, we rely on the endless growth of enterprises.

The endless growth of the enterprise is also reflected in the continuous optimization and adjustment of the corporate culture. Andy mentioned that in 2024 we will adjust the corporate spirit to: "User-Centered, Perseverance, Dedication, Learning, Innovation, Collaboration, Tolerance, Altruism, Goodness.” By focusing on users and embracing the corporate culture of altruism and goodness., we aim to collaboratively shape future development alongside our users.

Focusing on industry development, the industry team officially announced

JHCTECH adheres to the strategy of Scenario Empowering Product Innovation, focuses on different industries, and is committed to realizing the mission of IoT Computer, Connecting the Dots. Since the establishment of the Smart Highways + Internet of Vehicles BDM in 2020, BDMs have been successively established in various industries such as rail transit, logistics, medical care, and new energy. In 2023, we upgraded this initiative, cooperated with distributors, integrated upstream and downstream resources, and built a more professional service team to provide customers with more customized services.

Focus on scenario applications, precise innovation and R&D

Technical Director Jesse Chen and heads of various departments in the R&D center reported on the theme of <Product R&D Road to "Scenario Empowered Product Innovation">. The report was divided into four parts: products, hardware, software, and technical support.

Jesse pointed out that in 2024, JHCTECH will still take "Scenario Empowering Product Innovation" as its product research and development purpose. We will continue to conduct product research and development work based on the industry and scenarios, further subdivide the scenarios in the strong industry - the large transportation industry, and strive for full product coverage.

01 Product section

Adhering to the strategic goal of Scenario Empowering Product Innovation, product manager Colin Cheng gave a detailed report on the 2024 JHCTECH new product plan. Different from 2023, product planning will be carried out in 2024 according to the segmented scenarios of each vertical industry, covering new energy storage, medical imaging host, high-speed cloud charging IP gateway, traffic control server, rail transit PIS and AI video, rail transit AFC, machine vision, etc. Additionally, the plan involves expanding the localization platform and AI heterogeneous product line based on the foundation laid in 2023.

02 Hardware section

Hardware Manager Wenwei Chen demonstrated JHCTECH’s hardware development capabilities by sharing industry specifications and certification standards, hardware design requirements, more than 200 patents and certifications owned by JHCTECH, and professional solutions provided for multiple industry application fields.

03 Software section

Software manager Chonggang Tao shared the theme of "How to layout software to provide good support", introducing it from four aspects: firmware development, system and driver, SDK development, and industry application software support. It was also mentioned that investment and support for industry scenario application software will be increased in 2024

04 Technical support section

Technical Manager Kede Xu shared with everyone the theme of "Providing Better Services to Users". He mentioned that in 2024, front-end technical support services will be provided to keep services at the forefront of products, better improve the accuracy of product recommendations, and achieve efficient project implementation. At the same time, it provides users with full-cycle O-Style customization services to flexibly adapt to customer needs and enhance the value of products to users.
