KMDA-3303/3305 is a high-performance, compact embedded computer with an SGCC cabinet structure and an aluminum-extruded heat-dissipating shell. Equipped with Intel® Tiger-Lake U Soc series CPU, it features rich IO functions and shock-absorbing design, making it suitable for AGV/AMR, industrial automation production lines, and smart warehousing applications.

JHCTECH conducted on-site research and analysis on the installation environment, interface requirements, stability, and anti-interference factors across different smart industry scenarios. Based on the basic ideas of integrated and rugged design, multiple I/O interfaces, strong system stability, small size, and scenario versatility, we developed the KMDA-3303/3305 Smart Industries controller, with the following highlights:

 

Compact Size for Autonomous Transport and Robots

The KMDA-3303/3305 is extremely compact, only 170*112*65mm/190*112*65mm (excluding the mounting bracket).

Its dimensions are ideal for mobile robots, fitting well with other major electrical components to aid in the structural design and layout of AGVs and similar intelligent mobile transport devices.

 

Rich IO interface

Designed to meet the needs of smart industrial scenarios, the KMDA-3303/3305 is equipped with a variety of interfaces, including 2*HDMI for dual 4K display, 3*LAN Gigabit network ports (KMDA-3303) / 3*LAN + 6*Gigabit switch electrical ports (KMDA-3305), 4*USB3.2, 2*USB2.0, 16-bit Iso. DlO, 2*RS232/485, 2*RS232, 2*RS485, 2*CAN, as well as expansion interfaces like mSATA, M.2 2280 M-Key, Mini PCIe with SIM card slot, supporting NVME storage, and wireless communication options such as WIFI, 5G, 4G, and GPRS.
