These products support the customer’s self-developed optoelectronic identification and tracking system model, enabling high-precision and high-sensitivity tracking and positioning of drones. JHCTECH edge computing solutions are primarily used to receive data captured by optoelectronic cameras, achieving precise drone positioning.

Application Case | Enabling Smart Pharmaceutical Factory Applications with unmanned Forklifts

 2024/12/27

Unmanned forklift technology is an innovative solution that integrates 3D real-time positioning, map construction, and autonomous driving technologies. This technology primarily utilizes multi-line LiDAR as the main sensor to capture 3D point cloud data of the surrounding environment, enabling unmanned forklifts to achieve autonomous positioning, map construction, path planning, and obstacle avoidance. Some unmanned forklifts can achieve autonomous navigation and positioning by incorporating auxiliary positioning equipment, such as QR codes and reflectors, into the environment, or by leveraging SLAM technology. These capabilities allow for high-precision navigation and operations in complex indoor and outdoor scenarios.

JHCTECH’s KMDA-3305 can be installed in the electrical compartment of the unmanned forklift body. By collecting data from sensors such as LiDAR, millimeter-wave radar, and stereo cameras, and utilizing data fusion algorithms, it enables autonomous path planning, navigation, obstacle avoidance, and pallet docking. Through CAN bus communication with servo motors and steering wheel control, it supports vehicle movement, steering, braking, and arm lifting. Additionally, it manages various sensors, indicator lights, and touchscreens on the vehicle, enabling human-computer interaction and ensuring safety. With wireless transmission capabilities such as WiFi and 5G, it facilitates communication with dispatch servers, supporting complex tasks like multi-vehicle scheduling, traffic management, and cross-scenario transportation.

Application Case | JHC Enables Automated Inspection for Industrial Production Lines in Brazil

 2024/12/18

The most common applications of machine vision include visual inspection and defect detection, part positioning and measurement, and product identification, classification, and tracking. A typical machine vision application system consists of image capture, a light source system, an image digitization module, a digital image processing module, an intelligent decision-making module, and a mechanical control execution module. Industrial computers are indispensable as the processing centers of machine vision systems. JHC’s BRAV-7721 was selected as the main controller for the entire intelligent industrial machine vision inspection system. It connects to multiple cameras and sensors to collect data on the inspected products. The AI capabilities analyze the various visual data captured, while the built-in inspection software compares the data against standards and outputs results. The system visualizes the data and sends operational instructions to the next stage of mechanical control, automating defect and quality inspection and improving production line efficiency.
